Repairs
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard any and all data stored on there machine, JB Computers will accept no responsibility for data that is lost, damaged or corrupted by any means. If we have been asked to backup or recover data we will endeavor to do just that but will take no responsibility for the safe backup, recovery or storage of said data, whether this is at our premises or at the customers home or office. 
We will also not accept responsibility for loss of Profit and or savings (anticipated or otherwise) and or business and or goods and or revenue and or contract and or goodwill and or use and or downtime resulting from an repair made by JB Computers.
 

Payment
Our payment terms are :
Repairs: Full payment shall be made when the repair is completed, if payment is not made or is stopped then JB Computers accept no responsibility for the repairs and any repair warranty is void. In addition JB Computers will not return for future repairs or to repair any problem arising form the original repair.
